They give me a number to call them, a digit is missing, they send it to me again indicating an extension number. When I call, the Pamplona central office picks up and tells me that they cannot give me an appointment, they put me through to the medical director, the call rings twice and they hang up on me without putting me through to anyone. It had never been so difficult for me to make an appointment at a medical center, let alone private care. I can't even rate the medical care since I obviously don't plan to go.

To see which doctors you have to make an appointment months in advance. I think the riverside population deserves better service.
